Back pain? It may be more serious than you think!

Everyone experiences occasional pain in the body in general. However, new research from Boston Medical Center has found a link between a specific pain in women (but not men) with an increased risk of mortality. A systematic review, published in the Journal of General Internal Medicine and analyzing 11 separate studies of 81,337 middle-aged and older participants, found that: Women with severe back pain are at increased risk of death compared to those without such pains.
